Welcome to Skillement.ai. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our platform, products, tests, and digital learning experiences. By engaging with our website or enrolling in any Skillement.ai product, you agree to these Terms in full.

🔷 1. Use of the Platform
⬡ You must be 16 years or older to register, purchase, or access content on Skillement.ai.
⬡ Use of our services is for individual or internal organizational learning only.
⬡ Commercial resale, replication, or unauthorized adaptation of our tools and content is prohibited.

🔷 2. Intellectual Property
⬡ All content — including tests, frameworks, templates, graphics, and branding — is the intellectual property of Skillement.ai.
⬡ You may not copy, reproduce, share, or republish any content without written permission.
⬡ Unauthorized use may result in legal action and termination of access.

🔷 3. Course Access & Delivery Format
⬡ Courses may use a drip model (progressive access to content over time).
⬡ Webinars and modules may be live, recorded, or hybrid — format is subject to instructor availability.
⬡ Completion of modules may unlock bonus content, downloadable tools, or certificates.

🔷 4. Refund & Cancellation Policy
⬡ For mini-courses: You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase, provided less than 25% of the course content has been accessed.
⬡ For tests (e.g., AIQ, AICK): Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued at our sole discretion. A written request with a valid reason must be submitted to [email protected].
⬡ Refunds apply only to amounts paid in advance and not to any amounts already processed, used, or delivered — including test attempts, issued certificates, or downloadable content.
⬡ Installment payments are non-refundable once billed. If you cancel a subscription or program, future charges may be halted (if applicable), but no retroactive refunds will be issued.

⬡ You are responsible for safeguarding your login and account information.
⬡ Sharing access or credentials is not permitted and may lead to account termination without refund.

🔷 6. Testing Policy
⬡ Each test (AIQ, AICK) is single-use per individual. Retakes are not permitted unless otherwise specified.
⬡ Certificates contain unique digital IDs for authenticity and cannot be altered.
⬡ Any misuse of the testing platform may result in invalidation of results.

🔷 7. Terms Updates
⬡ We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.
⬡ It is your responsibility to review updates regularly. Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of changes.

🔷 8. Conduct & Ethics
⬡ All users must maintain respectful, professional conduct in all interactions and platform use.
⬡ Misconduct, misuse of AI content, or violation of intellectual property will result in removal and potential legal action.
