Welcome to Skillement.ai. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our platform, services, and digital learning tools. By using our website or enrolling in any Skillement.ai product, you agree to these Terms in full.

🔷 1. Use of the Platform

  • ⬡ You must be 16 years or older to register, purchase, or access content on Skillement.ai.
  • ⬡ You agree to use our courses, assessments, and tools for personal or professional upskilling purposes only.
  • ⬡ You may not use the platform for commercial resale, duplication, or competitive development.

🔷 2. Intellectual Property

  • ⬡ All content on Skillement.ai — including lessons, frameworks, graphics, tests, branding, and documentation — is the intellectual property of Skillement.ai.
  • ⬡ No part of this platform may be copied, reproduced, shared, downloaded, distributed, or modified without explicit written consent.
  • ⬡ Any violation of this clause may result in legal action and permanent account suspension.

🔷 3. Course Access and Webinar Delivery

  • ⬡ Some courses use a drip content model with locked lessons that become available over time or upon completion of previous lessons.
  • ⬡ We reserve the right to deliver live, recorded, or hybrid webinar formats depending on instructor availability and platform scheduling.
  • ⬡ Completion of courses may unlock bonus materials, test links, or certificates as stated in each offer.

🔷 4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • ⬡ For standard mini-courses: A refund may be requested within **7 days of purchase**, only if less than 25% of the course has been accessed.
  • ⬡ For tests such as AIQ or AICK: Refunds are **not guaranteed** and are issued only at our discretion. You must submit a clear written explanation to [email protected] for review.
  • ⬡ Refunds are not issued for completed tests, certificates, or downloadable resources.

🔷 5. Account and Security

  • ⬡ You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and personal data.
  • ⬡ Any account sharing or unauthorized access may result in account suspension without refund.

🔷 6. Test & Certificate Integrity

  • ⬡ Tests (AIQ, AICK) are one-time use per user. Retakes or resets are not permitted unless explicitly stated.
  • ⬡ All certificates issued contain a unique digital ID for verification. Tampering with certification data is strictly prohibited.

🔷 7. Modifications and Policy Updates

  • ⬡ We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
  • ⬡ It is your responsibility to review this page regularly for updates.

🔷 8. Compliance and Ethics

  • ⬡ Users must behave respectfully and uphold professional standards in all forums, webinars, and correspondence.
  • ⬡ Any form of misconduct, plagiarism, or unauthorized use of AI content or Skillement IP will lead to immediate removal and possible legal action.
