4. Usage Restrictions

You may not provide your login credentials to any third party.
Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of access without refund.
5. Fair Use & Integrity The AIQ™ and AICK™ assessments are designed to evaluate your own AI knowledge and aptitude. Any attempt to solicit external assistance, automate responses, or otherwise circumvent the testing process is a breach of these Terms.
6. Refunds & Cancellations Due to the immediate access to digital content and proprietary testing upon purchase, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued except where required by law.
7. Liability Disclaimer While Skillement strives for accuracy, no guarantee is made regarding the suitability of the content for your specific needs. Skillement shall not be liable for any loss, damages, or outcomes resulting from the application or misapplication of the learning content.
