⬡ Skillement.ai – Service Agreement

Welcome to Skillement.ai (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This Service Agreement outlines the terms under which you (“you,” “the user”) may access and use our platform, assessments, and services (“Services”).

By purchasing, registering for, or accessing any of our Services (including the AIQ, AICK, or AIntrepreneur), you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

⬡ 1. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

Ownership: All content, assessments, branding, and tools are the exclusive property of Skillement Inc. or its licensors.

Permitted Use: You may access content for personal, non-commercial use only.

Prohibited Uses:

Copying, sharing, or redistributing test material
Posting screenshots, test answers, or frameworks online
Using bots or scraping tools to extract data

🔷 2. Data Privacy & Responsible AI Use

We respect your privacy and use your information responsibly. All user data is securely stored and not sold or shared with third parties.

🔷 Anonymous AI Research: We are building an anonymized global database from user test results to help advance global understanding of AI readiness and human-AI collaboration. Your personal identity is never attached to this data.

🔐 Security: We use industry-standard encryption and monitoring tools. However, you acknowledge that no system is completely immune to breach.

⬡ 3. Testing Conduct & Certification

All tests are single-use unless otherwise noted
Do not share test content or collaborate on answers
Certificates may be revoked if misuse or cheating is detected

🔷 4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refunds are not guaranteed. Due to the instant nature of our digital assessments and backend costs, all refund requests are at the discretion of Skillement.ai.

To request: Email [email protected] within 7 days of purchase. Include your full name, test/program name, and reason for the request.

Refunds may be subject to a 3% processing fee.

No refunds will be issued if the test has already been accessed.

⬡ 5. Access & Expiry

AIQ and AICK are one-time, time-boxed tests
Courses like AIntrepreneur may have time-limited access (e.g., 30–90 days)
Extensions are not guaranteed and may incur a fee

⬡ 6. Warranty Disclaimer

All services are provided “as-is.” We make no guarantees regarding accuracy, reliability, or outcomes related to certificates or results.

⬡ 7. Limitations of Liability

We are not liable for loss of data, missed opportunities, platform downtime, or incorrect interpretations of results. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.

⬡ 8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for breaches of this agreement, including misconduct or unethical behavior.

⬡ 9. Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold harmless Skillement Inc. and its team against any claims arising from your misuse of the Service.

⬡ 10. Modifications

We may update this Agreement at any time. Any material changes will be communicated at least 15 days prior via email or platform notice.

⬡ 11. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Disputes will be resolved through the courts of Toronto, Ontario.
