Terms and Conditions for Skillement Business Solutions Teams

Welcome to Skillement.ai. These Terms govern your organization’s use of our diagnostic tools, assessment services, and associated products under the Skillement Business Solutions (“Teams”) plan. By initiating a cohort test or engaging in related services, the sponsoring organization agrees to the following conditions:

🔷 1. Corporate Use & Sponsorship

• ⬡ This service is licensed to the purchasing organization for internal diagnostic purposes only.
• ⬡ The sponsor (HR, L&D, or relevant team lead) is responsible for selecting participants and distributing test access links.
• ⬡ By proceeding, the sponsor confirms authority to authorize assessment of employees or contractors under their domain.

🔷 2. Diagnostic Nature of Assessments

• ⬡ Skillement’s AIQ and AICK assessments are designed for organizational insight—not for employee ranking, punitive decisions, or job screening unless explicitly stated in writing.
• ⬡ Results are meant to guide learning and readiness-building, not serve as final judgment of ability or potential.

🔷 3. No Liability for Test Sentiment

• ⬡ Skillement assumes no liability if an employee expresses disagreement, dissatisfaction, or negative sentiment about their assessment outcome.
• ⬡ Responsibility for interpreting results, communicating intent, and managing internal expectations lies solely with the purchasing organization.

🔷 4. Test Integrity and Confidentiality

• ⬡ Each test is unique, secure, and one-time use only. Test links may not be reused, duplicated, or forwarded outside the designated team.
• ⬡ Individual results are private and sent directly to participants. Cohort summary reports are anonymized.

🔷 5. Access, Timing, and Delivery

• ⬡ Access to tests and dashboards is valid for 365 days from purchase unless otherwise stated in writing.
• ⬡ Delivery of links, summaries, and support is governed by fair-use and reasonable scheduling policies.

🔷 6. Refund Policy (Teams)

• ⬡ Refunds are generally not issued after any test links have been distributed or activated.
• ⬡ In exceptional circumstances, partial refunds may be considered if requested in writing before usage and at Skillement’s sole discretion.

🔷 7. Intellectual Property

• ⬡ All content—including tests, analytics, toolkits, visuals, and interpretation guides—is the exclusive property of Skillement.ai.
• ⬡ These materials may not be copied, reverse-engineered, resold, or shared beyond the original organizational license.

🔷 8. Appropriate Use & Ethics

• ⬡ Assessments are to be used for workforce development, transformation strategy, or talent diagnostics—not for discriminatory or non-compliant HR practices.
• ⬡ Sponsors agree to uphold ethical handling of test data and user information.

🔷 9. Privacy and Data

• ⬡ Skillement complies with applicable privacy regulations and does not sell or reuse participant data for any external purposes.
