🔷 3. Course Access and Webinar Delivery

⬡ Some courses use a drip content model with locked lessons that become available over time or upon completion of previous lessons.
⬡ We reserve the right to deliver live, recorded, or hybrid webinar formats depending on instructor availability and platform scheduling.
⬡ Completion of courses may unlock bonus materials, test links, or certificates as stated in each offer.

🔷 4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

⬡ For standard mini-courses: A refund may be requested within **7 days of purchase**, only if less than 25% of the course has been accessed.
⬡ For tests such as AIQ or AICK: Refunds are **not guaranteed** and are issued only at our discretion. You must submit a clear written explanation to [email protected] for review.
⬡ Refunds are not issued for completed tests, certificates, or downloadable resources.

⬡ Any account sharing or unauthorized access may result in account suspension without refund.

🔷 6. Test & Certificate Integrity

⬡ Tests (AIQ, AICK) are one-time use per user. Retakes or resets are not permitted unless explicitly stated.
⬡ All certificates issued contain a unique digital ID for verification. Tampering with certification data is strictly prohibited.

🔷 7. Modifications and Policy Updates

⬡ We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
