Welcome to Skillement.ai. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our AI readiness platform, including assessments, learning content, and services. By accessing Skillement.ai, you agree to the following terms:

1. Eligibility & Usage

• You must be at least 16 years old to register or use Skillement.ai.
• All assessments and content are intended for individual or organizational learning—non-commercial redistribution is prohibited.

2. Individual vs. Corporate Accounts

• You may sign up directly as an individual, or be enrolled by your employer or a partner organization.
• If your access was sponsored or assigned by a company or institution, Skillement may share test results and learning analytics with your sponsoring organization under data protection and ethics compliance frameworks.
• All shared data is subject to Skillement’s Privacy Policy and GDPR/CCPA regulations.

3. Intellectual Property

• All tests, content, frameworks, visuals, and branding belong exclusively to Skillement.ai.
• You may not reproduce, share, distribute, scrape, or repackage our material without written consent.

4. Access, Delivery & Expiry

• Some courses or tests may have access windows or timed delivery (e.g., AIQ links are valid for 5 days).
• Live or recorded sessions may be delivered based on cohort timing or instructor availability.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

• Courses: Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if less than 25% has been accessed.
• Tests (AIQ/AICK): Non-refundable unless Skillement determines a system error. Requests must be emailed with a clear reason to [email protected].
• No refunds apply to completed tests, certificates, or downloads.

6. Test Integrity & Certifications

• Tests are one-time only and non-repeatable unless a retake is explicitly included in your package.
• Certificates include verifiable digital IDs. Attempts to tamper, fake, or replicate certificates will lead to removal and legal response.

7. Account Conduct & Security

• You are responsible for your login credentials and content usage.
• Unauthorized sharing, impersonation, or misuse will lead to suspension without refund.

8. Platform Evolution

• We may update these Terms as Skillement evolves. Continued use after updates implies consent to the new terms.
• Check this page periodically for revisions.

9. Ethics, Professionalism & AI Use

• Users must uphold respectful conduct in all learning spaces, webinars, and submissions.
• Use of AI to cheat, plagiarize, or duplicate content is strictly prohibited and tracked via backend monitoring.
