Why this exists
After two decades in value creation across investment, leadership and education, I kept meeting the same problem. Every company was adopting AI. Almost none could answer the board when it asked whether their people were actually ready.
The failure was never technical. The models work. The tools ship. What was missing was the instrumentation between the ambition and the result. Nobody could measure readiness, so nobody could prioritise, and nobody could prove anything.
So I built the instruments. First the AI Quotient and AI Core Knowledge assessments, then the scoring, then the value logic, and eventually an entire operating system around them. That is AIVROs, and Skillement is the hub it came out of.
One conviction runs through all of it. AI should extend what people can do, not decide who is disposable. Every instrument we ship is designed to tell an organisation where to invest, never who to blame.
