Our Story & Founding Vision
Skillement wasn’t born from a startup playbook but rather emerged from a mission. After over two decades in value creation across investment, leadership, and education, I found myself staring at a new frontier: not just how we work, but who we become in a world shaped by AI.
As Generative AI surged into the mainstream, I saw excitement and confusion!
For many professionals, AI wasn’t a superpower. It was a question mark. And I knew the future would reward not just coders or technologists, but those who could lead alongside AI.
That’s why I built Skillement. A village of thought with its own community, training library and readiness camp site. A way to help people benchmark their AI fluency, identify skill gaps, and build real-world confidence starting with our proprieatry and creative AI Quotient (AIQ) and AI Core Knowledge (AICK) assessments.
We’re here to answer a simple but urgent question: Are you ready to work with AI? Not in theory, but in practice and with ethics, insight, and clarity.
